Answer for question 13, 14, and 15

Is there a hospital that use marijuana secretly?
On September 2011, one hospital in England which is North Manchester General and Fairfield in Bury has used marijuana for the first time as part of a trial. People who are terminally ill with cancer will initially take part in the trial but if successful, its use could be extended across the country and be used as a painkiller for other conditions. Eight people have already been signed up, and 32 others will be recruited over the next two years. It is very important to point out that patients using the spray do not experience the euphoria associated with the illegal recreational use of cannabis and also it has passed the strict test for the quality and safety. This occurred on 2011, and 5 years has past since this trial, so I wonder this trial succeeded or not. I could not find this result in the source, so I am interested on it.I think this has succeeded now because I hear a lot of hospitals that uses marijuana for medical treatment.

Do physicians legally prescribe marijuana?
Physicians cannot legally prescribe marijuana. Physicians can only write letters of recommendation that the patient qualifies for a certification to use the substance, and only after a thorough examination and many other requirements. As I said there is a law not to prescribe marijuana as a medical treatment, but in California doctors often prescribe marijuana illegally.Doctors say "I'll write you a script for $50."and earn money cleverly. Most states do not permit an actual “prescription” for medical marijuana, but only authorize a practitioner to recommend it, or advise the patient to consider it. One federal court has recognized that in states where medical marijuana is legal doctors have a constitutional free speech right to make such recommendations to patients. However, many states do require practitioners to certify in some way that a patient suffers from a condition that that state has recognized will benefit from treatment with medical marijuana. New York, for example, requires doctors to certify that a patient suffers from “a specific severe, debilitating, or life threatening condition that is accompanied by an associated or complicating condition.”

Is there a risk on using medical marijuana?
Medical marijuana is available in several different forms. It can be smoked, vaporized, ingested in a pill form or an edible version can be added to foods such as brownies, cookies and chocolate bars. Therefore, everyone can try it easily without noticing that it is a drug. After studying all this stuff, I thought this was not a good question, so I would like to change this question to "Is there a side effects on medical marijuana ?" . THC which is a substance that is in the marijuana associates with thinking, memory, pleasure, coordination and time perception. The effects of marijuana can interfere with attention, judgment and balance.
